Refund policy

 

We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at lisa.melina.bbb@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change Of Mind

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it i.e. unused and in its original packaging with seals in place. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any promotional gifts received as part of the purchase also need to be returned with the item. Products can not be exchanged for beauty salon services. Please note that as a regulation of health and hygiene there are certain types of items we cannot take back such as earrings and makeup which is not sealed shut such as OPI nail polishes, mascaras, and lip glosses (to name a few but not limited to these). We are here to help so please contact us prior to purchasing and ask for more information or photos of the item if your are unsure, to avoid disappointment. Any postage costs for returned items and replacement products for change of mind purchases is at the buyers expense. Sale items are not eligible for exchange/return. Change of Mind returns are not eligible for refunds.

 

Incorrect Item/ Damaged On Arrival 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault and photo.

 

Allergy Return

Patch tests are always recommended if its a new product especially if you have sensitivities. In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less then 20% used. 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items or those not in their original unused condition are not eligible for exchange and/or return. Returned products can not be exchanged for beauty services. Certain types of items cannot be returned for regulation of health hygiene and safety such as earrings and many personal care goods and beauty products (including but not limited to) OPI nail polishes, mascaras and lip glosses. We are here to help so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns (for exchange/ refund/ credit) on sale items or gift cards so please choose carefully.

 

Exchanges

The best way to ensure you get what you want in an exchange is to make contact, return the item you have, notify us when the item has been sent and tell us what you wish to exchange it for we can put it aside for you. Then once the returned item has been received, approved and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item using a credit. Please email us for approval before sending anything back. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges/returns for sale items and those specified above so please choose carefully.

 

Refunds / Credits / Replacements 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your item has been approved for a credit, replacement or refund. If a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To request a return please fill out the returns form below. Please read the terms and conditions and ensure your item fits with our returns policy before doing so. Please ensure form has been submitted before sending item back to us.

 

2. We'll Get back to you

One of our team members will contact you via email with instructions on how to send item back. If you are unsure if your item is eligible for return please raise your queries with us before proceeding.

 

3. Pack & Send

Pack item carefully so it reaches us safety and send to us via Australia Post. We recommend keeping the Post office receipt and opting for tracking as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit

 

4. Then what?

Once item has been received examined and approved it will be processed within 5 working days. We will be in touch as soon as your return is complete.
