HOW TO USE

1- Step in the shower and change the temperature to your preference
2- Pour/pump a quarter-sized drop of shower gel onto your palms and use both hands to work it into a lather
3- Gently massage and clean the body
4- Rinse
5- Finish with a splash of cold water--start at your feet and move up to the top of your body
